1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MosipVoIP services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

MosipVoIP provides VoIP minute packages for use with MoSIP and iTel Mobile Dialer applications. We act as a reseller of VoIP services including custom caller ID functionality.

3. Account Registration

You may place orders as a guest or as a registered customer. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment

Payment is coordinated via WhatsApp after order placement. We accept various payment methods as communicated by our support team. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our VoIP service for:

  • Illegal activities, including fraud, harassment, or threats
  • Automated calling, robocalling, or spamming
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Resale without written authorization

6. Minute Validity and Expiration

VoIP minutes are valid for 30 days from activation unless otherwise specified in the package description. Unused minutes expire after the validity period and cannot be refunded.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are available if:

  • Minutes are not activated within 24 hours of payment
  • Service is not working due to our technical issues

Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of purchase via WhatsApp.

8. Limitation of Liability

MosipVoIP is not liable for:

  • Service interruptions due to third-party network issues
  • Call quality issues caused by your internet connection
  • Loss of data or business opportunities

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
